Tenchi is totalled

Called AJ and he gave me the bad news. > $3000 in repairs. State Farm is sending out a claims adjuster to total him. I'm more fond of him than I should be a vehicle. I really don't have many/any options at this point. He won't be worth much retail and after you subtract my $500 deductible, the piggy bank will be pretty hollow. I don't really want to take on more debt right now, but I do need some form of transportation. What to do? May God grant wisdom.
